Job Description:  - The candidate will be responsible to fulfill manufacturing and allied operational goals as outlined in strategic plan.  - Ensure that he sets/ ensures systems, policies and processes are followed to meet both quantitative and qualitative milestones.  - He has to coordinate with design and R&D for building a solid product pipeline.  - Train and supervise existing and new teams and ensure that the team members have highest standards of compliance and safety.  - He has to ensure that set systems, policies and procedures are work.  Key Skills:   - Entrepreneurial, self driven and results oriented. Proficient in English & Local language (Marathi)  Job Responsibilities:  - Plant management for production and quality, vendor development and cost control, new product development.  - Team Management, Mentoring and coaching teams.  - Budgetary controls and manage costs. Overseeing inventory, distribution of goods and facility layout.  - Extensive traveling for the first 6 months to Nashik  Required Experience:   - 7-9 years in Production/ Manufacturing for mechanized equipment out of which 4 to 5 years can be pre MBA experience in similar set up.  - Project Management experience in manufacturing/production with successful deliverables is a must. Handled / Exposed to end to end operations activity in the current or previous company associated with.  - Experience in OEM/ heavy machinery, agri machinery industry is highly desirable.  - Candidates who have worked in senior positions at Car/ Tractor manufacturing companies or in agri machine manufacturing units (like Kubota, Paddy Trans-planters, Bailer manufacturers, Shaktiman Sugarcane Harvester, SWAN Implements, Redlands Motors etc) are strongly recommended to apply.  - Understanding growth potential by joining a start up.  - Exposure to R&D/ Product Development (Do not prefer companies where designs are coming from foreign parents)  Educational Qualification: Mechanical Engineer Plus MBA (Operations).
