Job Description of Manager Manufacturing Coordinator

Position :- Manager Manufacturing Coordinator

Department :- FMCG

Location :- Hyderabad

Responsibilities

- The position is responsible for overall smooth functioning of manufacturing of company range of products at co-manufacturing location as per the specifications and sales plans.

- Responsible for the manufacturing efficiencies and quality parameters as laid down by the R&D from time to time.

- Responsible to ensure the manufacturing units adhering to the food safety laws and various other GMP requirements of the organization.

- Laison with Quality Control team to monitor the incoming raw and packing materials as per the standards and their safe storage and use.

- Ensure COGS for manufactured goods to be in line with budgeted costs

- Responsible for initiating various quality improvement projects and cost management initiatives.

Job Requirement

Education Experience

Bachelor's degree (B.E) or MBA

8-12 years of experience in manufacturing confectionaries / chocolates with 3-4 years as head of factory.

DESIRED SKILLS

Functional Behavioral

- Demand planning, Production planning

- Knowledge on the Food safety laws and GMP practices is must.

- Should be a self-starter

- Have the capability of leading diverse teams and the maturity to and manage third party manufacturing units.
