Job Description - Logistics role with a premier FMCG firm

Client Details

Our client is a very established brand within the FMCG space, with a strong market presence in India and abroad. They're currently on an expansion drive and are looking forward to recruiting a Logistics manager for their business, based out of their office in Delhi NCR.

Description

Reporting into the Head of Logistics, key responsibilities will include:

- End to end Logistics, Transportation & Distribution

- Warehouse/Inventory Management

- Capacity Planning

- Handling & Negotiation of documents with CHAs, and responsible for custom duty clearance.

- Co-ordination with shipping lines, forwarder to pick the material.

- Providing logistics support throughout the region in line with the demand of internal & external customers.

- Extensive liaison with the Plant for all logistics needs

Profile

- MBA (2011/12/13 batch)

- Work experience in Logistics roles in FMCG firms

- Should have excellent communication skills.
