Manager - Legal - Infrastructure Finance  Role : Legal Appraisal, Documentation pertaining to either Project Finance, Infrastructure Finance,   Job Responsibility :   - The candidate should have extensive experience in drafting, and reviewing senior debt and structured debt transactions.  - The candidate should be proficient in debenture subscription processes, various loans by NBFCs and security creation.  - The candidate should have a strong understanding of security related laws and processes, NBFC and banking regulations, SARFAESI, Companies Act and FPI/FVCI regulations.  - The role will require coordination with external law firms, borrowers and internal teams on various syndicated, structured and project financing deals.   - Drafting, Vetting, Negotiating and modification of Loan Agreements, Security/Property, Contracts, and agreements related documents.   Requirements :   - Must be either from a Law Firm / NBFC   - Must have been part of Legal role covering either Project Finance, Construction Finance, Infrastructure Finance   - Must be an LLM/LLB   - Min 3 years Post Qualification experience in mandatory
