Manager - Legal - LLB - Mortgage

Job Specifications :

- Good academic and practical knowledge over central, state and local property laws and industry practices over security creation and perfection.

- Drafting, vetting of loan documents, mortgage / security creation documents etc.

- Scrutiny / approval of title search reports

- Knowledge of laws related to contracts, companies, partnerships, trusts, stamp laws, registration etc.

- Providing advice to business functions on all legal aspects related to documentation, security creation.

- Enforcement of securities/security interest.

Key Skills / Experience required :

Educational Qualification : Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from top Law colleges

Experience: 5 - 8 years in Banks, NBFCs, law firms
