Job Description :

- Should be able to provide internal advisory services on legal matters of the company.

- Should have experience in handling legal cases relating to the company's operations in various courts.

- Attending/ follow up of all legal matters with law firms and consultants on regular basis.

- Must have experience in Drafting various legal documents such as Notice, Reply, plaint, written statement, Affidavits, Agreements, Power of Attorney, Indemnity, etc.
