Scope / Dimensions Of Role : Independently handling Compliance of Company Law, Vetting & drafting of Contracts.  Responsibilities / Accountabilities :  - IPR - Filing of applications of registration of TM, renewal and filing of opposition  - Proficency in Contract Drafting, vetting and managment  - Litigation management  - Portfolio for RB  - Handling all prelitigation matters  - Responding to legal notices from statutory authorities or otherwise  - Sending legal notices  - Legal research  - Matters assigned by Legal Director from time to time  - Compliance of Law regarding Label declaration.  Professional Qualifications/ Experience : LLB from a reputed University  Skills And Personal Attributes Required :  - Candidate should be open to relocate internationally for career development and challenge  - Efficient and effective communication skills  - Flexible to travel, if required  - Entrepreneurial skills in terms of innovation and problem solving are key along with tenacity, tough-mindedness and ability to influence and demonstrate strong team working abilities and commitment
