Reporting Managers Title: VP Legal and Secretarial

Position Summary :

This position will support the VP Legal & Secretarial in handling the legal work for India and also in coordinating group level issues as required

Principal Accountability :

- Drafting and reviewing various kinds of agreements.

- To handle and co-ordinate on legal matters in relation to India operations.

- Support business teams in relation to their documentation and advisory needs.

Required Profile :

- Law Graduate (LLB) with about 6 years of relevant work experience.

- Good drafting skills are essential to this role.

- Prior experience in drafting and negotiation of agreements is needed.

- Prior experience in dealing with courts and external lawyers is a must.

- Experience in handling IPR related work will be an added advantage.

- Should be innovative and flexible.

- Should have ability to handle pressure and work under tight deadlines.
