Hiring for a Legal Manager for Kelly Services   The incumbent will be looking after the legal function laws, Drafting and Vetting of Legal documents, contracts, licences, Tax related laws. Providing support to internal User Departments on compliance and legal issues, provide support to internal User Departments on labour law and legal issues. Also the incumbent will ensure compliance with respect to companies Act, FEMA etc  MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITY  - Handling all legal matters of the company related to recovery, labor courts, client queries etc.   - Audit of compliance with laws with compliance team  - Act as business advisor and help business to resolve legal issues including contract wordings etc.   - Independently manage all legal requirements 100% Adherence to regional legal policies and timely refreshers   - Present a monthly dashboard to management of 100% compliance   - Provide support to internal User Departments on compliance and legal issues proactively and keep them informed of their legal responsibilities and compliances to be made.  - Handling litigations at Statutory Authorities, District Courts and High Courts in such a way to protect company's interest.  - Drafting & Vetting of Legal documents, Commercial contracts, Property and license agreements, Laws relating to taxes as per internal SLA  - Co-coordinating all legal matters  - Also provide support for company secretarial compliances under the companies Act   - Formulating policies and action plans to prevent litigation, wherever so possible in the interest of the company and to initiate healthy practices enabling to insulate company management from adverse legal consequences  - Contract Manufacturing - Labour Laws Act, HR laws, Legal Metrology Act, Legal Compliance activities.   - Should have worked in a service industry   - Must be a Stable person   - LLB Mandatory   - CS - Desired   Gender - Female   - Excellent Communication skills desired.   - 5 Days working
