JD: Legal Manager

- The candidate will be responsible for legal strategy planning, contracting litigation, legal documentation, drafting etc. in accordance with applicable laws

- Effective litigation management of Commercial, Corporate and Court cases and Handling Arbitration matter.

- Contracts & Documentation (Prepare, interpret, advice and review all forms of contracts to be entered into, negotiation of Contracts and drafting & vetting of suits, petitions, arbitration claims, complaints, notices, replies, applications, agreements and other documents on behalf of the Company in connection with the legal cases of the company in consultations with the advocates of the company.)

- To liaise with government and regulatory authorities and experts in contracting litigation

- To review the business legal issues and assess the possible legal steps.

- Interact and advise independently various head of departments of the company on all necessary legal & compliance matters

- Representing the company in ensuring the efficient handling and winning resolution of all negotiations and disputes

- Strong written & oral communication & analytical skills

- To be based in Chennai
