Manager - Legal Contracts - FMCG

- Streamline processes for legal activities with special focus on contracts for all aspects of business for 8 plants & 13 sales offices

- Draft agreements & manage contracts for franchisee activities & sales, dealer & distributors, affidavits, leave & license, indemnities, NDA- s, reply to government notices, procurement terms, production & vendor related etc.

- Strong domain experience of domestic industry in hands-on execution & not advisory role

- Very good drafting skills & communicator

- Handle situations in a not very structured set-up; capable of setting up systems in 2 years & taking it forward

- Contracts specialist with FSSAI experience.
