Manager - Legal & Compliance - Manufacturing

Job Description :

- Preparation of compliance documentation with relevant constitutive documents for statutory, legal, regulatory purposes

- Responsible for the day-to-day management and ongoing development of the Compliance Function. From advisory, to documentation, to liasoning to identifying compliance partners, to preparing budgets, to identifying and mitigating risk on an ongoing basis.

- Partner the business towards ensuring that business activities are conducted in conformity with all applicable laws, regulations, internal policies and procedures. Work closely with Business to identify and mitigate risks through embedding processes and protocols.

- Serve as liaison for regulators, legal bodies as well as maintaining relationships with relevant legal bodies and regulators
