Manager - Legal & Compliance - Insurance

Designation : Manager

- Managing legal and compliance work of the business

- Drafting and reviewing basic contracts for service delivery.

- Developing and monitoring key compliance risk indicators

- Scoping compliance requirements of work being migrated from client

- Building strong compliance infrastructure for the business being serviced out

- Working and managing the legal and compliance needs for the all the locations where the service are being provided from.

- Working closely with the business to scope identify and mitigate risks associated with outsourcing related work

- Ensuring adherence to agreed compliance service levels and commitments made under all contracts to Client

- Managing awareness amongst employee base relating to compliance requirements and policies as applicable to difference facets of work

- Carrying out compliance audits as mandated by Client and as per the business requirement

- Work with Strategic Business Unit - SBU Compliance teams in establishing and reviewing group-wide compliance policy as required for

- Working closely with the Client Compliance team to translate the provision of applicable legislation and business requirement for the operations

- Undertaking risk assessment for the business and highlighting issues and gaps to the leadership team and working with the team to ensure mitigation of the risks
