Manager - Legal & Compliance - Bausch and Lomb  This position will have a hard line report to the Managing Director, India and a dotted-line report to the Head of Legal and Compliance, APAC and will be expected to carry out a wide scope of legal & compliance responsibilities as per the Indian laws & regulations and Valeant's compliance policies.  - Qualified lawyer with at least 5+ years of corporate experience including 2 years of experienced gained within a compliance function  - Sound knowledge of Indian legal and compliance laws and regulations  - Strong communication, analytical and organizational skills  - Meticulous, and with an attention to details  - Able to work independently as well as in a team in a fast-paced and lean organization  - Fluent in written and spoken English  - Healthcare legal and/or compliance experience is preferred
