Manager - Legal - Capital Market

The details of the position are as under:

Designation: Legal Manager Capital Market

Experience : 7 to 8 Years

Job Description :

- Drafting and standardizing all Loan Agreement such as Loan Against Securities, ESOP Financing, Margin funding, Promoter Funding etc.

- Provide legal opinion on various queries raised by account opening team, operation team, compliance team

- Legal opinion and standardization of documents relating to DP operation of the Group.

- Issuing notice and replying to the complaint raised by the Client.

- Provide in depth knowledge to the support team in the above process.

- Filing / defending the cases against the customer in Investor Grievances Redressal Committee of Stock Exchanges.

- Filing / defending the cases in the arbitration initiated by the Client / Company.

- Challenging the order of the lower court / Arbitrator in the High Court.

- Co-ordinate with BSE / NSE / SEBI / Police authority for various complaint / cases.
