Principle Accountabilities :  - Act as Central resource for building capacity at entry level. End to end solutions i.e starting from identifying need to the final validation and placement.  - Identifying critical competency gaps in line with the organization short team and long term goals and building capabilities through effective employee development L&D interventions. Designing and rolling out organization specific, department specific and individual specific learning solutions  - Collaborating with L&D & TM CoEs and implement leadership development interventions, Critical positions identification, Feeder roles, HIPO Validation & identification, ADC, Succession management  Role & Responsibilities :  - To play a vital role in the culture building & instilling ONE Adani Behaviors  - Work closely with the leadership and concerned HR teams to identify critical competencies in line with the business requirements. Plan appropriate L&D solutions for the entire organisations in the beginning of the year   - Partnering Group HR in order to create proper buy-in for various TM assignments like Critical position identification, HIPO validation, ADC, Succession planning, integrated IDP across the organization.  - Act as a primary contact with Internal / External Trainers / agencies  - Implement TM assignments like Critical position identification, HIPO validation, ADC, Succession planning, integrated IDP and linking L&D with all the areas etc from corporate level  - Admin User for SF LMS & TM - Implementation of SF as admin user across the organisation and to maintain important data flow in the system.  Campus recruitment :  - Consolidate number of entry level professional required in line with the business needs   - Identify prospective academic institutes   - Create EVP and organizational branding in order to attract talent   - Design appropriate selection tool, Roll out selection process in the identified institutes   - Post campus engagement & On boarding   - Provide initial orientation to the selected candidates  QMS - Preparing HR manual and presenting HR in QMS - ISO audit.
