Manager - Learning & Development

The objective of the role is to :

- Ensure right training for development of desired competencies and skills

- Carry out various analyses, surveys on organizational climate, engagement & prepare appropriate reports & action plans.

- Ensure preparation, implementation of various HR & organizational development processes.

- Identify talent, assess potential & coordinate with the line managers for deployment.

- This position has overall responsibility for the management of all internal training needs
