Our client, a world class Domestic Appliances Manufacturer is looking for a L&D Manager.  Designation : L&D Manager  Location : Chennai  Experience : 4 to 8 yrs  Education : Full time MBA from a premier institute  Reports to : Sr.HR Manager  Team size : Individual Contributor  Job Purpose :  - Drive and execute Leadership Development and Learning Initiatives by providing best in class global & local learning solutions to enable Line Managers to deliver on the Business Strategy  - Drive and execute the Leadership and Talent Management strategy for with focus on succession pipeline building and development of the top critical talents   Key Areas Of Responsibility :  Learning Strategy and Curriculum : Execute Learning strategy and framework in line with business needs. Design and execute Role specific Leadership and Personal Effectiveness Curriculum programs and Learning paths  Leadership Development Programs and Interventions : Co - Design and execute Targeted Leadership Development programs and Interventions. Continuously improve quality and effectiveness of the current Leadership Development Programs and Interventions based on stakeholders feedback. Design new programs based on business needs for specific target groups  Functional Capability Development : Design and execute end to end Functional / Technical capability enhancement programs and interventions.  Talent Processes & Succession Planning : Support Leadership Demand planning and work with India LTL team & HR Managers on the talent review process to ensure strong succession and appropriate development plans are in place.  Diversity and Inclusion : Drive organization wide Diversity and Inclusion initiatives  Organization Effectiveness : Drive Culture and Change Management initiatives across the organization and design new programs based on organizational needs e.g. I Commit, Execution Culture  Coaching : Coach and advice HR colleagues and management teams to build capabilities that support execution business and LTL strategies.  - Drive and own the development of local LTL best practices, tools and policies  - Work collaboratively with LTL CoE colleagues to ensure coordinated approach and deepen knowledge and capability within the CoE.  - Work collaboratively with the other CoEs and within the wider HR community to drive business strategy  Apply asap with a copy of your latest resume.  Priyanka Aiyar Practice Head-Non IT  Crossbridges
