Job Role:
- Heading the L&D function for Bangalore office
- Managing a team of trainers
- Identify Training needs and build a training calendar for the organization (Soft skills, Domain and Technical trainings
- Analysis, design, develop, implement and evaluate the training content
- Track SLA compliance for each business entity and governance of the same
- Develop internal training initiatives and coordinate external training programs
- Analyze and capture data on training effectiveness and look at various ways of continuous improvement
- Periodic reporting to senior leadership on training metrics and establishing client relationship
- Teams Performance Management, appraisal and development
- Resource planning, allocation and coordination
- Manage the Induction and Orientation process for New Hires
