Vendor Management  - As L&D Manager, responsible for classroom behavioural learning interventions for the Bank.   - Deliverables included design and delivery of instructor led programs on Leadership (case studies, videos, structured exercises), Customer service excellence etc.  - Administrative responsibility for audit and upkeep of all residential Learning Centres.  - Looking at at least 2 years relevant experience. Full time MBA HR from top tiered institute is must.  - Person should be willing to be posted in either Mumbai or Hyderabad
