Manager/Lead - Software Quality Assurance ( Railway Domain ) @ Hyderabad, India  Our client is an Engg company manufacturing Industrial Batteries, Industrial Power Systems and various other solutions and systems for Industrial Electronics, Railway Signalling, Defence Electronics domains. They need to fill the following position asap.  Position : Manager/Lead - Software Quality Assurance ( Railway Domain )  Education : B. Tech/ BE Degree   Experience : 10 - 12 years in SQA/Design/Verification/Validation/Safety Mgmt. in Railways/Automotive/Mass Transit Companies  Location : Hyderabad ( Candidates based at Hyderabad and other South India locations preferred )  Compensation : Competitive and commensurate with candidate caliber and experience  Role Responsibilities and Desired Profile :  - Acting as a catalyst for change and improvement in performance/quality of Products & systems. Initiate and maintain Quality Management systems for compliance and certification. Determining, negotiating and agreeing in-house quality procedures, standards and/or specifications. Conduct internal audits and any product or process inspection per quality standards. Ensure that all quality documents, manuals, policies, procedures, processes and work instructions are accurate, current and concise.   - Conduct product reviews, specification reviews and recommendations for improvements. Lead/assist in root cause identification in CAPA activities and verification. Provide training to employees for all Quality systems in use. Nurturing performance driven work culture by defining functional objectives and continual monitoring. Recording, analysing and distributing statistical information  - Around 10 - 12 years of experience on Sotware Quality Assurance activities. Experience in Railway domain, Safety critical systems is added advantage. Knowledge and experience of designing/validating products conforming to CENELEC standards 50126, 50128 & 50129 are preferred. Exposure to six sigma and lean manufacturing tools desired. Strong working knowledge of the Quality System Regulation ISO 9001 and quality standards.  - Right attitude, good teamwork skills and passion for your work. Effective Oral and written communication skills. Excellent relationship building skills. Able to multitask in a team environment and meet objectives with a minimal supervision.  Pradeep K.
