Manager - IT Sales

Job Description for Sales Manager :

- Candidate should have at least 10+ years of sales experience.

- Past work should include selling services to US and/or UK market from offshore location.

- Well versed in selling technology & digital services.

- Ability to handle inside sales team of more than 15 people.

- Should have track record of handling over 1 million in new sales .

- Competent enough to independently handle prospects and showcase corporate presentation.

- Good in understand client requirements/needs.

- Ability to convincingly answer queries related to services/pricing/approach.

- Collaborates with delivery and pre-sales in getting the proposal done on-time.

- Ability to present proposals over web meeting and handle price negotiations .

- One who is paranoid about meeting quarterly numbers .

- Diligent in follow-ups for closures.

Desired Profile:

- Willing to work between 3pm to 12am.

- Willing to take up new sales target of over 1 million.

- Work experience with US prospects/Customers is a must.

- Solution selling .

Experience:

- 10 to 15 years
