Hiring Manager - IT Recruitments for an IT client in Noida

Primary Responsibilities :

- Manages the entire team across locations for recruitment.

- Exploits various channels to ensure ample pool of pipeline for business requirements

- Create, review and enhance hiring strategy and model.

- Providing knowledge and ideas to business partners across regions / locations.

- Plan, Identify and Implement the process briefing sessions and relevant training programs for staff coaching and development, and their performance management.

- Continuously Interlocking among regions (client stake holders, regional managers) and operations stakeholders to seek process improvement
