Job Description :

Role : Inside Sale Manager

Location: Mumbai

Experience : 3 to 7 yrs.

- US market experience is must

- Define and manage Inside sales process that is scalable.

- Experience in calling, lead generation, research, team handling.

- Team handling experience minimum 2-3 years

- B2B sales experience

- Must have very good communication

- Should be ok with night shifts

- Good Analytical reasoning and problem solving skills

- Mentor and coach Inside Sales representatives to ensure Revenue & Logo targets are achieved on monthly basis.

- Create positioning /competitive differentiation tools for Inside sales team.

Salary Range: 5 - 12 LPA
