Support the account manager in technology planning and roll out of various business - IT initiatives  One of the key deliverable is participating in Distributor Management System project and rolling it out to distributors of India business  Participate in Distribution Management System (DMS) roll out:  - Joining the project discussion on business process  - Being part of the selection panel for deciding the vendor & product  - Getting the identified solution customized based on business team requirements and ensuring a bug-free solution  - Work with business team in rolling out the solution to Indian distributors  - Coordinate with internal team and third party vendors in creating the IT infrastructure for Factory and other offices  - Coordinating with regional and global teams in rolling out various IT productivity applications  - Closely work with business team and drive implementation of projects  - Evaluate trends and technologies and support in finalizing technology and the architecture  - Secure commonality of the business processes, data and tools across geographies, and drive implementation and ensure continuous improvements  - Manage service level contracts with service providers  - 6-8 years of relevant experience in FMCG/Manufacturing industry demonstrating above skills and competencies  This is an individual contributor role
