Salary range: 12 - 13 LPA  Job Title : Manager - International Recruitment  Shift Timings : UK Shift  Roles and Responsibilities :  - Responsible for pre-screening, selecting for specific global recruitment assignments  - Formulate and manage international recruitment assignments Conducting and oversee quality check, performing control tasks with managing conflicts  - Building sustainable relationship with stakeholders both internal and external  - Candidate research and database mining  - Working on Monthly/ weekly recruitment reports and dashboards Managing daily queries coming from global teams  - Handling reference checks for global new hires  - Working on applicant management system and managing applications inflow  - Managing risks and incorporate prompt control mechanism  - Managing staff by providing appropriate training to them and to make sure that they are maintaining the service levels  - Ensure customer satisfaction  - Efficiently plan and utilizing resources and proactively identifying the trends and the gaps in the process.  - Building effective team and making quality decisions  Skill sets required :  - 5-9 years of overall experience   - MBA (HR)  - Relevant exposure to Recruitment process  - Excellent communications and presentation skills  - Knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential, particularly Word & Excel using various functions.  - Time management  If you feel this role will add value to your career .
