Key Competencies:  - To cold call as appropriate within your geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities of IT Staffing (International).  - Targeting and gaining new business and to gain comprehensive knowledge of the business, within a wide geographical area (International).  - Develop and actively engage in client relationship building.  - Identifies and targets influential people inside the client, customer and third party organization and builds relationships with them.  - Shares knowledge, experience and expertise with key clients, customer and third parties.  - Targets and develops a network of influential internal and external contacts.  - Prepares fully for negotiations, to include identifying desired outcomes.  - To supervise the Full life cycle recruitment from sourcing, screening, interviewing, rate negotiations and presentation to Account Manager/ Client.  - To create database of third party vendors, consultants available and number of resumes submitted.  - To keep the tracks of consultants and their projects renewal & their availability.  - Rates Negotiation with suppliers, Citizens, Green Cards and EAD’S (OPT and CPT) consultants.  - Checking I-797 or H1B Approval copies and the DOB proof, SSN from the suppliers or candidates for H1B candidates for each c2c requirement of the client.  - Ensure all team members behave in a professional manner at all times by adopting and following the Business Conduct Policy  - Demonstrate an open mind by listening to people with different opinions.  - Promote a professional image at all times.  Essentials:  - Should have hands on experience on Business development/Sales in Recruitment of CTC, W2 and 1099 basis positions and should have knowledge of relevant Tax terms.  - Should have good communication skill and fluent in oral and written English.  - Should have good networking and international clients.  - Should have experience and understanding of IT Industry.  Years of Experience : 5 years and above  Education:  Graduate/Post Graduate: B.E. / B.Tech / B.
