Internal Control Testing

Role:

- The experience of control testing and performing assurance testing are essential as this role supports the execution of the Testing Methodology. This role will also require the individual to manage, monitor and deliver control testing using the global Testing team as well as support, guide and advise team members on control testing.

- Responsible for the timely delivery of control testing in line with the quarterly and annual testing plans and being transparent and accurate in the completion of testing deliverables

- Providing expertise and guidance on control testing across and applying critical judgment and decision making in relation to the identification and publication of control testing findings through identifying the key risks and issues

- Supporting the completion of targeted control reviews covering IT risks and working collaboratively with other Testing COE team members

Experience

- Demonstrable knowledge of IT operational risk management, internal control, or internal audit preferably within banking operations and/or IT Function

- Proven project / process management experience

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to a wide range of individuals and groups and at different levels of seniority

- Self-starter and effective collaborator

- Innovative and able to assess needs and propose solutions

- Excellent time management skills

- Ability to influence without direct management authority

- Good understanding and or experience in the following:

- Risk Management

- Project Management

Qualifications (mandatory):

- Risk qualification (CISM, CISA, CISSP or equivalent)
