This role would be drive client relationships & engagements while being responsible for assignment delivery and supporting business development.   The client is looking at exceptional talent with rich experience in the stated area.   Role : Manager- Internal Audit & Risk Advisory Practice  Job Purpose :  - Responsible for executing client related engagements in the areas of governance, risk & compliance (GRC), internal audits, process reviews, standard operating procedures & enterprise risk management.   - Determine that the work delivered is of high quality.   - Anticipate and identify engagement related risks and escalate issues as appropriate.   - Actively establish & strengthen client (functional heads & key influencers) and internal relationships.   - Assist seniors & managers in developing new methodologies and internal initiatives.   - Create a positive learning culture, coaches, counsels and develops junior team members.   - Identify & escalate potential business opportunities for the firm on existing client engagements.   Academic Qualification:   - Should be a Qualified Chartered Accountant or M.B.A from a reputed B-school .  Experience in Consulting industry will be an added advantage.  Experience Required :  - 5-9 years of experience in Internal Audit function or one of the Big 4 consulting firms with experience in handling clients from multiple sectors.  Ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
