Manager - Internal Audit - CA - Manufacturing

There is an urgent opening for a manufacturing company based out at Bangalore:

Position: Manager - Internal Audit

Position Brief:

Key Accountabilities :

- Work with the Internal Audit Head to develop and execute the Internal Audit plan of the Company. Lead execution of Internal Audits

- Identify risks in business processes across function areas (Sales/Delivery/Business Operations/HR/Finance)

- Evaluate the controls in place to mitigate risks with the objective of improving risk management, control and governance processes

- Identify optimization opportunities in processes - Cost optimization/ Revenue enhancement

- Work closely with business to create or modify policies, procedures, processes etc to enhance internal controls and compliance

Desired Profile :

- Qualified Chartered / Cost Accountant with 7 to 9 years of post-qualification experience

- Indepth understanding of risk and control concepts and application

- Experience in Fraud Risk Management would be an added advantage

- Ability to manage teams and cross functional stakeholders

- Excellent communication & presentation skills

- Ability to collaborate with Business - international exposure preferred

- Strong analytical ability - knowledge of data analytics tools

Reporting & Work Location:

The position reports into the Head of Internal Audit and is based in Bangalore.

Experience in Audit Function Medium Candidates from Controllership, Business Finance functions can be considered if they have an aptitude for audit, have worked in the Audit function for at least 2 years in a Managerial / Lead capacity and willing to evaluate audit as career path in the 5 year horizon & and has a fair understanding of the Global Audit environment

Analytical Ability, proficiency in data analytics tools Medium With sound understanding of the business environment in which the organization operates

Readiness to Travel -High On an average, 10 days in a month

Attitude - High Positive, Passionate to drive change, willing to take stretch targets

Experience in Consulting / Big 4 Medium Desirable but not mandatory

Experience in Risk Advisory Medium Desirable but not mandatory

Overseas Exposure - Low Desirable but not mandatory
