Roles and Responsibilities:
- Define and manage Inside sales process that is scalable.
- Mentor and coach Inside Sales representatives to ensure Revenue & Logo targets are achieved on monthly basis.
- Create positioning /competitive differentiation tools for Inside sales team.
- Ensure that the team has updated knowledge of new modules & products.
- Tracking and Reporting of key performance indicators of team on Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly basis.
- Drive high level demos and client situations and help the reps.in navigating global organizations.
Skills Required:
. Good Analytical reasoning and problem solving skills.
- Excellent Verbal, Listening and Written communication skills.
- Knowledge of enterprise software products sales cycle in US environment.
- Work according to US working hours.
Salary range: 8 - 10 LPA
