Role   1. To help accelerate achievement of organisation's strategic goals  2. The remit of focus of the Manager in the Innovation Lab. Innovation Lab as a function is responsible for delivering value in three areas :   a. Be and lead the innovation agenda - by driving bottom up innovation through inclusive innovation with staff and by top down innovation where we look to disrupt current - ways- by identifying relevant and right practices to help achieve strategic goals.  b. Activate and enable growth - through consultative dialogue where we help parent organisation to identify opportunities in their operations where they can achieve standardisation, consolidation and reduced cost of operations through Shared Services operations.  c. Consult and yet own - by delivering short term consulting projects for the Shared Service Centre and/or parent organisation. These could be based on pure expert advice or on cost charge back basis, whichever is applicable.  3. Enable Shared Service Centre to:   a. Benchmarked with the best in breed third party IT/ITES companies  b. Generate greater value addition and innovation beyond arbitrage  c. Help parent organisation to reduce cost and enhance business agility  Experience  1. Around 6-8 years of total work experience.   2. Blend of experience in Innovation facilitation and consulting & Service Delivery Operations in Back office environment e.g. Finance and Accounting, IT Outsourcing, HR Outsourcing
