We are looking at people from 2012/13 batch CA with experience in Indirect Taxation in FMCG Industry...  The incumbent will be responsible in driving Financial Controls through SAP or otherwise in the area of financial reporting for the company (including factory)   - Generate business MIS in the area of general expense for meaningful interpretations.   - Track all the PC processes in their day to day operations due to interface challenges and ensure system hygiene by looking at both DC and PC data impacting the corporate reporting.   - Owing and leading the CIS closure on monthly, qtr. and annual level including meeting all the statutory obligations as per the Indian regulation and compliance to global ACM.   - Front ending with the statutory auditors. Drive IFC, RCM and other finance related projects in relation to SAP improvement & development, Banking process, SOP's, GST etc.   Successful performance requires :  - Sound Understanding of the Financial Accounting and Controlling   - Sound understating of company law and accounting standards.   - Understating of the accounts payables area and Risk and control around the same.  - Understating the banking process   - Thorough understanding of the SAP system & its end to end implications   - Strong and practical understanding of the operations   - Ability to get into details & work with cross functional department   - Ability to convince people and knowledge transfer   - Strong interpersonal/communication skills  - Strong, analytical, drafting  - A high degree of diligence,   - Compliance mindset   - Ability to effectively manage reportees
