Manager - Indirect Taxation - CA

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Should have good knowledge of Tally ERP 9 & Excel.

- Should have good communication.

- Should know Corporate Income Tax - Income Tax Returns, Assisting in Income Tax Assessment & Tax Audit.

- Must know withholding Tax (TDS) - TDS rates on different services, E-TDS returns.

- Must know International Taxation, withholding tax, DTAA, 15CA, etc.

- Must know Service Tax - Service Tax accounting, reverse charge, service tax returns, cenvat rules, etc.

- Must know VAT / CST payment, returns, etc.

- Must know Transfer Pricing - Assisting in transfer study, transfer pricing audit / returns, etc.

- Should know preparation of various workings for audits.

- Should know Tax related MIS / tracking for management.

- Should know other tax related matters, registration etc.
