Company provides opportunities to encourage risk takers and initiative takers.   Reporting to : Head Supply Chain and Operations  Responsibilities :  - Devise a plan for time efficient and cost effective procurement for marketing service categories including, but not limited to, brand/creative agency, PR, digital, marketing technology, events, media, production and marketing analytics & strategy  - Lead and manage the indirect spends, capital & revenue items and services for HR, IT and other miscellaneous NPI spend areas by timely delivery of right quantity, approved quality, best price and desired service levels  - Help leader to evaluate, finalize and empanel reliable and cost-effective vendors (local or international) for procurement and support in negotiation with these vendors for long term sustainability based on industry norms and prices for targeting the best deal  - Risk assessment of vendors you are responsible, in all aspects - e.g. financials, legal, contractual, capacity and quality. Ensure regulatory compliance & guideline to create and promote a safe working culture  - Run & review RFP process with stakeholders to strategize negotiation as well as for value engineering to drive cost savings  - Ensure the procurement process is run in compliance with appropriate policies and procedures  - Support internal teams in resolving vendor issues as necessary  - Foster vendor ecosystem by maintaining in-depth knowledge of and relationships with the vendor marketplace in the marketing services categories  - Monitor the budget utilization of procurement overheads to identify opportunities to optimize efficiency, process compliance, quality and cost  - Track vendor performance, strategic alliances and opportunities to leverage total spend & provide support in Cost analysis, budgeting, forecasting, inventory analysis, price trends to benchmark & management reporting   - Remain abreast of the latest innovations in marketing and marketing technology and continually feed information to internal stakeholders and management   - Identify, share & implement best practices across regional procurement organization   Candidate Profile :  - MBA with proven work experience in Marketing procurement   - 4-8 years cross-functional or progressive experience in marketing and strategic sourcing, procurement and supplier management related to marketing services with expertise in Agency/Creative Services, Media buying, Digital, PR and related marketing services   - Strong organizational and project management skills to ensure on-time delivery  - Experience with e-sourcing software in a marketing environment, including SAP/ Ariba is a plus  - Strong communication skills for effective functional deliveries with both internal customers & vendors. Ability to interpret complex data for informed decision-making.
