Job Description: HR Manager
- Own & define team culture & values - maintain positive team ethos
- Manage entire recruitment lifecycle - drafting & enacting policies, sourcing & hiring world class talent, training & engaging team, managing appraisals/ reviews
- Design & execute offer letters, company policies, hiring documents and other HR material
- Ensure smooth office functioning for best team performance - provide strong support to other functions such as admin and accounts
- Projecting reputed & desirable workplace brand image
Ideal Candidate:
- 2+ years of relevant HR experience at fast growing internet/ tech startups
