IVY People is on a search of good HR Manager for one of our clients, our client is a leading MNC in Oil & Gas equipment manufacturing operations.  The position : Manager HR- Middle East  Reports to : Head HR   Responsibilities :  Manage effectively the following responsibilities:  - Workforce Planning & Talent Acquisition  - On-boarding and Induction   - Employee Relations: employee queries, building strong working relations with employees at all levels  - Leadership Relations and effectively managing business expectations  - Goal Setting and Performance Management for all employees  - L&D initiatives- facilitating TNIs, conducting HR policies and process training etc  - Compensation and Benefits for employees  - Managing HRIS, reports and compliance as per company standards  - Update Organisational structures, data and instances in the HRIS  - HR Operations for the entire business  Requirements:  - Experience with Labour laws in Middle East  - MBA with experience in manufacturing companies  This job requires travel around 30% of the time on short notices  Nelson
