Duties and Responsibility  - Need a highly motivated candidate who is not scared to go above and beyond their regular job responsibilities and support senior management.   - Tremendous potential to learn and grow within the organisation.  Below is the basic profile description :  HR Strategy, operations, development and implementation :  - Create and align HR and workforce strategies for the organization.  - Strategize and manage the overall talent management process.  Recruitment :  - Recruiting, Screening and short listing the candidates for the assigned positions.  - Overseas Recruitment, Corporate Recruitment   - Taking preliminary round of the interview.  - Ensure that effective resourcing solutions are applied to select the right candidates within the timescales required.  - Plan and implement recruiting strategy in order to meet the hiring plans in a timely and cost effective manner.  Policy Development :  - Develop and implement efficient HR systems. Will also be involved in the design, implementation and maintenance of employment policies  Payroll and compensation :  - Manage compensation and benefits process.  - Ensure employee benefit programs are communicated and implemented, so that benefits are well understood and smoothly administered.  - Provide Employee Relations support to the business to effectively resolve employee relations and performance management issues.  - Ensure that manpower is within and as per budget  - Resolve conflict that gets escalated and set the climate for collaboration within the team  - Advising on implementing, reviewing and redesigning policies and systems  Relationship Management :  - Maintain relationships with key stake-holders both within and outside  - Create and maintain relationships with other departments   People Development :  - Ensure that company does not lose out on any opportunities for people development and growth  - Managing the issues of the team and ensuring smooth relations between the teams   - Keeping the staff motivated to deliver their best results  - Train, mentor and coach staff, conduct performance appraisals, and identify and ensure support for capacity building needs  Skills :   Must have :  Colleges compliance design, Development, hiring, HR Issues, maintenance management, MANAGING MBA, Motivated Operations Payroll, Recruitment redesigning, Talent Acquisition, Team handling, Team leader, Work   Qualifications :  MBA/PGDM/Post Graduate Degree/Certification Specialized in HR from Tier-1 institutes. Full Time or Part time - Either is fine so long as from tier - 1 institutes such as XLRI, Symbiosys, TISS, Etc.   Working Days : 6 Days a Week (9:30 AM to 6:00 PM)  Job Nature : Full Time  Gender : No Preference  Salary Range: 7 - 12 LPA
