Reporting to : CEO & MD

Age : Between 31 and 34 years of age.

Qualification : MBA/PGDM with specialization in HR

Experience : 7-10 years of experience as HR generalist

- Experience in Medical devices co. and manufacturing would be preferred.

- Exposure to Legal and Compliance will be a big plus

Location : Kurla to begin with but may move to the new facility at Thane Belapur road after a year.

Job description :

Talent Acquisition :

- As part of HR Team, responsible to fill skill gaps and critical resourcing needs of the organization.

- Built strong talent sourcing capability - both lateral and fresher's by establishing our employer brand.

- Established and nurtured policies, systems, standards for hiring, Referral Programs etc.

- Developed effective marketing campaign for Employee Referral Program and made it a major source of hiring resulting in huge saving in the recruitment cost.

- Participate in the hiring decision related conversation with the Leadership Team.

- Experienced in Leadership Hiring

Change Management :

- Influencing and facilitating the process of organizational change through various engagement initiatives;

- Design and implement various engagement activities for employees to increase team bonding and thereby changing the culture of the organization;

Compensation and Benefits :

- Develop creative alternatives for the remuneration and benefits for reviewing and rewarding performance effectively

- Acts as a strategic partner in the ongoing development of compensation and benefits strategy.

- Leads the implementation of the compensation and benefits policies and programs.

- Responsible for ensuring that employees are aware of the structure and intent of compensation and benefits

Performance Management System :

- Lead the goal setting exercise for all the employees

- Guide the employees in regards to the performance management system

- Ensure timely PMS communication

- Collate the data received from the employees

- Advise department heads on competency-based management systems

- Design and develop standards for competency assessment for recruitment, development and promotions of employees.

- Implement the competency framework system within the organization and trains Managers to carry out competency assessment, determine employee development needs and provide support

Business Partnering :

- Partnering with senior to create vision, policies, strategic goals and objectives for the business.

- Coordinate with the Corporate Finance team to ensure achievement of synergies by driving the appropriate prioritization of HR business transition across the organization while simultaneously determining - needs vs. wants,- budget considerations, and timetable requirements.

- Identifies inefficiencies, cost reductions or system improvements.

Statutory Compliance :

- Ensures the stability, security, confidentiality, and availability of all HR systems in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and organizational practices.

- Ensures HR related information is accurate and in compliance with management guidelines and applicable regulatory agencies.

- Oversees management of all relevant agency and vendor relationships including vendor selection, renewals, etc

Payroll :

- Process monthly payroll inputs to ensure accuracy and timely salary processing;

- Respond to employees queries on payroll

Talent Management :

- Working towards resolving the concerns of the employee and reduce gap between HR & Management Handling disciplinary matters and the course of action to be taken.

- Formulating various strategies and actions to increase employee engagement and commitment.

- Employee counselling, as and when required.

- Organizing employee communication meetings & ensuring timely redressal of grievances / concerns to achieve employee satisfaction.

Desired Skills :

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, facilitation, and conflict mediation skills.

- Must project and uphold the highest ethical standards and have demonstrated leadership ability.

- Work independently and as a part of a team and ensure safe work practices.
