Manager - Human Resource - Manufacturing

Manager HR is required for one of the top 10 Manufacturing Companies in India.

The incumbent will be responsible for meeting all objectives and KPI's committed in the Business Contract for Human Resources, Administration, Communication & EHM functions at Factory. The key elements of the role are to:

- Ensuring best utilization of Human Resources;

- Attracting Motivating, Developing & Retaining the best talent for meeting the current & future organisational needs;

- Driving Mindset & Culture change interventions & Establish a high performance culture that is based on trust and empowerment;

- Ensuring compliance with QMS, EHS, EHM, regulatory & statutory requirements of the company;

The incumbent should be Post Graduate in HR from premiere institute with at least 5 to 8 yrs of post MBA experience in HR and IR in Mid size / Large size manufacturing Company.
