Key responsibilities include recruitment, Contract labour management,, handling Trade Unions and engage in Negotiations, settlements and conciliation proceedings,
- Independently Handling a Project/Unit an IR, Admin & HR Head.
- Statutory compliance with various provisions as per the applicable labor laws and acts.
- Contract labor management like CL (R&A) Act, Payment of Wages Act, Minimum Wages Act, PF Act, ESI Act, WC Act, Bonus Act, Payment of Gratuity Act, Factories Act, Shop & Establishment Act and also OSHAS 180001:2007 standards.
Salary offered: 15 - 18 LPA
