Candidates from premier institute e.g. - XLRI, XISS, TISS with 2-3 years IR experience also will be eligible.

Desirable from candidates -

IR & Statutory compliances (Focus area)

1) Taking care of union related routine activities

2) Knowledge about works committee, strike, lock-out, lay-off

3) Experience of Long Term Settlement (min. 2)

4) Independently handled Domestic enquiry

5) Grievance handling of members

6) Well versed about Statutory Compliance related activities - maintenance of registers and returns under various labour laws.

7) Laisioning with Govt. officials and surrounding companies IR situation.
