ONLY FEMALES  We are hiring for HR Manager role for a renowned eCommerce giant based at Gurgaon.  Position: HR Manager  Location: Gurgaon  Job Description:  Recruitment and Selection:  - Making use of effective resourcing strategies, such as internet sourcing, employee referrals, cold calling, networking, HR consultancies to generate database  - Screening resumes and selecting right candidates after evaluating their interpersonal skills, attitude,s kill, knowledge through preliminary round of interview  - Facilitating and organizing technical interviews with functional Heads  Induction/Orientation:  - Giving induction to new joinees and welcoming them to the new environment  - Explaining policies of importance such as access control policy  Grievance Handling:  - Taking care of the grievances which come across the smooth functioning of the joinees  - Mentoring the joiners through out their way  - Vendor Management:  - Dealing with HR Consultants on a regular basis  - Making new vendors as and when required  Negotiations:  - With prospective employees at the time of interviews.  - With vendors who are responsible for providing human resources   - Overall office coordination  - Handling employee grievances  - Taking care of employee attendance  Candidate profile:  - PG from XLRI are only preferred.  - Minimum 1 year experience in all the core activities of HR  CTC: Not a constraint for a good fit
