Manager - Human Resource - BFSI/Retail/Telecom

We are looking to fulfill the position of HR Manager for Jeddah, KSA.

The role : Anchor the KSA HR Function with responsibilities for :

- HR business partnering

- Local recruitment

- Business support and administration

- HR Operations

- Partner empanelment, management & focus on employee query resolution through partners

Desired Skills and Experience :

- ~8 - 10 years of HR Business Partner work experience with at least the last ~3 - 5 years in KSA

- MBA

- Must have maturity and presence as a Geo HR Lead

- Must have represented employer in various forums, dealt with Government Agencies.
