- Manage the recruitment process from initial candidate contact to offer ensuring an outstanding candidate experience. Analyze and implement process improvements continuously.
- Develop creative and effective sourcing strategies and plans to build pipelines for top candidates across all areas of the organization
- Preparing all required recruitment strategies for Sales, Technology & Enterprise and ensuring compliance to all recruitment policies & procedures
- Managing all talent, implementing all strategies, monitoring results and maintaining productivity of all employees to ensure achievement of all business results
- Monitor all personnel changes from initial request through approval and implementation, location transfers, cross functional transfers, workforce transfers, other personnel transactions, resource planning if applicable.
- Responsible for end to end delivery of HR functions in the assigned business and timely HR leadership advice/resolutions in managing conflicts, assist in counselling employees as well as keeping the HODs updated of issues and status progress update.
- Analyzing all cost performance objectives, handling various HR services for delivery, executing all business processes and coordinating with HR Team to design all processes for Business Units
- Providing & ensuring technical support to various processes to achieve all transformational objectives
- Performance tracking and performance correction of low performers by closely working with the Managers and Functional Heads
- Attrition root cause analysis & corrective actions
- Successful implementation of reward programmes by closely working with the Business team
- Overseeing employee Insurances such as GPA, Health and special category of insurances
- Managing employment through Third Party Manpower Contractor
