Position statement:
This role is responsible for the talent management and OD interventions across group companies
Responsibilities:
- Design & launch of Leadership Development Program (LDP) at Group level
- Responsible for complete selection process of (LDP) batch with includes initial screening, psychometric tests, panel interviews etc.
- Organizing LDP orientation and graduation which includes creation of dossiers, coach selection, 360 feedback
- Short term and long term strategies for LDP career planning, succession and retention
- Taking care of Campus engagement, Brand building and Campus hiring from premium B-Schools
- Responsible for campus hiring for Talent Acquisition (TA) batch with includes initial screening, psychometric tests, panel interviews etc.
- Monitoring one year induction process for the TA batch and organizing TA orientation, technical training and graduation
- Short term and long term strategies for TA career planning, succession and retention
- Initiating launch of Higher Education programs across the group and facilitate selection for the same
- Initiate and launch OD interventions in talent management domain as per the requirements of the organization
Person specification:
Qualifications:
Mandatory: MBA HR
Desired : Certification in CEB-SHL OPQ

- Must be aware of latest trends and best practices in Talent Management domain
- Must be sensitive to organizational culture that supports the building of collaborative relationships
- Develop and maintains internal and external networks and uses these to contribute to the achievement of objectives
