HR & ADMIN Manager | Mumbai (West)  KPA :  Human Resource Management   Administration   KRA :  - Recruitment across India   - Induction   - Training .   - Continuous performance tracking including activity sheet, sales database, service tracker , annual appraisal , administrative responsibilities   KPI:  Creating job description for new profile required in the organization as per hiring manager request   - Screening and shortlisting of candidates for provided job description   - Lining up second level and third level interview for candidates hired   - Following up with the hiring manager for closure of position   - Finalization of open positions in not more than 3 weeks from date of receipt of ERF 6. 360o feedback from all employees   - Checks and balances for employee satisfaction   - Exit interview   - Feedback of business performance to be shared with all revenue generating employees  Reports To: CEO  Note:  Candidate has to manage various HR MIS and should be very good in excel.   Will also be responsible for collating and preparing Sales reports  Salary Offered : 9 - 13 LPA
