Mentioned below is the Jd-  The HRMS Manager is responsible for delivering on the HR systems strategy and project portfolio under the leadership and direction Head HR.   This role is responsible for facilitating the identification, design, and implementation of innovative and integrated HR solutions.   The HRIS Manager's role is to ensure project budgets, goals, objectives, project plans, and schedules are adhered to and meet system and regulatory needs and requirements.   HRIS Manager will be heavily supporting a large implementation effort.  Essential Functions:  Manage HR systems implementation, enhancement, and process improvement work. Resolve issues to enable the team objectives to be met.   Drive process improvement as well as ensure that data is configured in the HRMS platform to automate reporting, simplify current processing, etc.  Manage, Develop, coach, and motivate employees on the HR systems and other teams.  Manage a portfolio of HR systems, ensuring that the projects and internal operations have a positive return on investment (ROI) and/or solid business case.  Facilitate the documentation of business requirements, the review of functional specifications, analysis of impact of changes on the HR Service Center, Centers of Expertise, and other HR functions and processes.
