This role is primarily responsible for augmenting HR team in executing people related initiatives for business division to achieve strategic organizational objectives. It covers the spectrum of talent management, development and engagement activities.  - MBA/PG in HR from TIER 1 or Tier 2 Colleges only, with around 4-7 years’ (4 years relevant) experience in the Human Resource function   - Experience in managing HR processes / initiatives for business divisions   - Strong communication and presentation skills and ability to connect with people  - Exposure to working in highly matrix organization & ability to connect with the Global stakeholders  - End-to-end ownership orientation
