Responsibilities:  - Operation Manager will identify and support the recruitment of pool of associates and then become the go to person for all resource requirements. This will involve close liaison with the leaders and daily involvement in the scheduling and assignment of resources to bid efforts and client engagements.   - Attract and identify potential pool associate hires through creative use of advertising on the company website, and other suitable on-line sites and by using all of company's existing networks, contacts, job boards etc.  - Create and handle recruitment and induction process for new associates.  - Follow up on any resource requirements that cannot be satisfied by employees on company's payroll by initiating an immediate, ad hoc, specific associate search, using select group of third parties (vendors).  - Where immediate deployment is required, ensure that any risk is mitigated through a 'light touch' immediate induction process with planned full induction subsequently.  - Develop vendor database and management procedures - maintain excellent relationship, ensure quality service at the right price as well as maintain consistent standards to suit brand requirement.  - Should posses excellent client management and negotiation skills.  - Assist in bidding and tendering new projects. Review and preparation tender documents, contract, agreements, purchase/work orders etc.   - Identify opportunities in the market and tag resources accordingly.  - Monitor and/or revise on going project work plans,staffing level of effort and proposal budgets.  Skiils & Requirements:  - Project management, budget development, resource management and contract management work experience preferred.  - Staffing or resourcing experience in a professional service environment is mandate.  - Must be a team player, have the ability to work under pressure, have a professional image and be able to resolve problems and conflicts.  - Strong organizational and coordination skills along with multi tasking capabilities to get things done in a fast paced environment.  - Ability to independently identify and act on priorities.  - Outstanding communication skills and maintains interpersonal relationships  - Develop and maintains constructive and cooperative working relationships with others.  - Excellent organizational skills and ability to coordinate project timelines within SLA to ensure timely completion with minimal supervision.   Candidates authorize to work in US only need to apply
